We cannot wait for 2025

It's that day; a lot of people are wrapping things up today and we're not talking about presents.

What a year 2024 has been, a rollercoaster in many ways. Full of twists and turns, steep climbs, thrilling drops and at times just hanging on for dear life as we plunged into the unknown. However, we feel like we are coming out of the tunnel and into the light.

We started this year with a post talking about how difficult it had been to predict the normal recruitment trends and we're ending the year feeling optimistic.

We've had a productive end to the year with a flurry of permanent and temporary jobs coming in over the last few weeks, which flies in the face of recruitment norms at this time of year and the recent budget.
