Katrina joined Jobshop in 2022 and focuses on resourcing for our perm roles. She loves to be kept busy and enjoys the fast pace of agency recruitment. She is happiest working on multiple projects simultaneously and is experienced in recruiting for roles across many sectors, including IT, Financial, Marketing, FMCG, Customer Service, Office and Administration.

Katrina's career in recruitment started in Executive Search and Talent Mapping, where she worked on both national and international projects. More recently, Katrina has worked for agencies locally and therefore has good knowledge of the local recruitment market.

Prior to entering the world of recruitment, Katrina spent some time living and working in Germany, where she taught English in various businesses. Now settled back in Dorset, Katrina most loves spending time with her son Theo, who is a bundle of energy and constantly keeps Katrina on her toes!
