Client Hub Skills Testing and Motivational Maps

More insight to support better decisions

Recruitment decisions should never rest on one test or one conversation. Used appropriately, practical assessment and motivational insight can add useful evidence and help employers understand people more fully.

The same principle applies to AI and automated recruitment tools: they may support a process, but they should not replace fair criteria, thoughtful conversations and accountable human decisions.

Skills testing

We can provide skills testing as part of a recruitment process, helping candidates demonstrate their current level of proficiency and giving employers additional information alongside the interview and CV.

Our testing can also be used to benchmark skills within an existing team, identify development needs and inform decisions about training or future recruitment.  We can test on the Microsoft Office Suite and over 900 technical and soft skills.

Motivational Maps

People can have similar experience and skills but be motivated by very different things. A Motivational Map provides a structured starting point for understanding what energises an individual and what may affect their motivation.

As a registered Motivational Maps practitioner, Frances can use the results to support recruitment conversations, onboarding, career development and team understanding. The Map does not decide whether someone should be hired; it adds insight and creates better questions and conversations.
