Frances has over 35 years’ experience in the recruitment industry working in Hertfordshire, London, Australia and New Zealand before settling in Poole in Dorset in 1999.

Frances is co-owner of Jobshop.

Frances leads the team, works with organisations on recruitment pieces around change etc, she also works on Contracts/Tenders, Finance and payroll and can now be found at various networking events, so no two days are the same. Frances has experience of running large and small contracts and has worked with a number of companies and organisations within the private and public sector.

At home, my partner and I are busy with 4 kids, 2 cats, 1 puppy and my son has just added a rabbit to the general chaos that we enjoy on a day to day basis.
