Charlotte joined Jobshop UK in 2019 after previously being the Branch Manager for Fresh Recruits. She is an experienced CertRP qualified Recruitment Consultant, Sales and Customer Manager who is proactive and results driven. Having started her career in London in Media as a Group Advertising Manager for a large publishing house; Haymarket Publishing she has extensive sales and candidate/customer and agency relationship experience.

Charlotte moved to Dorset 15 years ago and moved into recruitment, her experience spans Temporary, Contract and Permanent sectors mainly in Sales, Office, Marketing, Linguistics, IT, Executive, Insurance and Financial sectors. She has account managed high volume recruitment in both the Public and Private sectors as well as managing large accounts and directing junior consultants and administrators.

She thrives on variety and "thinking on your feet" skills required in a busy office and loves a new challenge.   She loves working as part of a team, supporting each other in providing the best service possible and has a positive attitude in everything she undertakes.

In her own time she is often seen out walking in the local area with her husband embarking on her 10,000 steps, is a qualified tap dancing teacher and was proud of her green fingers in the lockdown, having grown fruit and veg in great quantities. She also loves to travel given the chance.
