Meet with your employee for an informal chat over a coffee, at this point it is common for individuals to be feeling anger, sadness or lack of motivation and an inability to think straight. The intention would be to help the employee feel comfortable with us and find out what they want to get out of it and put together a process for next steps.

Motivational Map:

We are Motivational Map Practitioners.  We will use the  motivational tool to analyse and put together an in-depth report along with individualised questions to drill down deeper into your employees top and bottom motivators.  Helping to establish what is important to them in their next role.

Career Interview:

Full career interview using their own CV as a guide.  Working through improvements to CV, researching job market and possible training options.

Final Stage:

Review revised CV and talk through jobs and share market information, assist with interview techniques and job application.
