A professional financial services Company are looking for an experienced Receptionist, this is a temporary role, for 3 months.
You will be responsible for providing a professional and high level of reception duties and service.
- dealing with clients, over the phone, face to face and email, proving assistance with all enquiries
- welcome all visitors and clients, providing refreshments
- maintain a clean and organised Reception and kitchen area
- manage and deal with all incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence
- maintaining stationery and domestic supplies
- make petty cash payments within guidelines
- communicate and consult with all colleagues to manage and deal with enquiries or issues
- deal with and manage all general administration required
You must have Reception experience, ideally within the financial services or a professional sector.
- have an excellent telephone manner
- have a professional approach
- good IT skills
- high level of administration experience
This is a temporary role and you should be available to commit to the 3 months required.
