This varied and dynamic telesales role would suit a motivated, target driven sales professional who has strong, previous experience within business development & account management who is looking to take the next step within their sales career. You will have a proven track record of business development and account management experience.
As a Business Development Executive you will be directly responsible for managing and growing your allocated customer accounts, whilst also converting new business leads generated from the website and other marketing channels.
This is not a cold calling role.
Key areas of responsibility:
· Grow and manage existing customer relationships
· Drive sales across a large portfolio of exciting customer accounts
· Identify and grow new customer accounts
· Maximise profitable revenue by upselling, cross selling and focusing on high margin product lines.
· To hit your weekly and monthly sales and KPI targets.
As the ideal candidate you will be a confident effective communicator with a consultative approach to sales and proven B2B sales track record. You have the ability to create and maintain long term relationships with clients and all levels of industry professionals.
You must be a highly driven, self-motivated individual with a high level of attention to detail and ability to prioritise workloads and remain calm under sometimes pressurised circumstances.
