This key senior appointment will be based in the Firm’s Taunton office with supervisory and management responsibility for both the Taunton and Wellington residential property teams. Working closely with the Head of Department, you will help to deliver on the strategic drivers of the business in relation to both the above teams whilst focusing on providing a quality service to the Firm’s high net-worth clients. The role will focus on building strong business relationships with land agents who deal predominantly in fine homes.
You must be technically strong across all areas of the residential property sector and be able to demonstrate experience acting for high net worth clients.
Aspects of the role will require experience in:
Registered and unregistered land; freehold and leasehold
Residential development i.e. easements and conditional contracts
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate strong leadership and people skills, preferably with experience of running a successful team. You will be a commercial and strategic thinker who has a strong business development track record and an obvious enthusiasm for networking and developing business.
