We are looking for an experienced and professional Receptionist to answer the telephone, meet and greet visitors and assist with a variety of administration tasks.
You will be assisting candidates register their details with us, taking the relevant ID, chasing up references and ensuring all the paperwork is completed.
The role also involves assisting the recruitment consultants with sourcing and screening applicants both face to face and the on the telephone, compiling induction packs and entering details on to various systems.
General running of the office including ordering stationery, making refreshments and opening the office every morning is also included as well as organising interview rooms.
Being aware and updating vacancies on various website's/job boards and keeping the window up to date is also part of this varied role.

Hours Monday to Thursday 8.30 am - 5.30 pm (5.00 finish on Fridays)
