This vacancy is initially a temporary role however it could lead to permanent work.
The role involves dealing with visitors - checking them in and answering the telephone.
You will also be involved in assisting the MD with putting board packs together, sending letters, scanning and filing.
You will need to have good attention to detail, a friendly and helpful telephone manner and good administration skills.
Driving licence is essential as you will be required to occasionally drive the Company van.
Hours are 8 - 4.30 Monday to Thursday and 1.00 pm finish on Fridays.
