    Purchasing Administrator SALARY: £18,000 - £20,000

    REF: Purchasing Administrator

    This is a great position for someone who is looking to start or develop their career in purchasing.

    Our client are currently looking for an excellent administrator in their Wimborne office.
    You will provide a high level of service for product pricing, ordering and service to all customers.

    Duties include:-

    Maintaining strong relationships with supplier partners

    Updating accurate on line prices book for commodities

    Ensure a fast and accurate turnaround on pricing requests to all parties

    Process orders in a timely and accurate manner, meeting deadlines

    Renewing licences

    Sending monthly reports and statements

    Dealing with warranty returns and credits

    If you have an eye for detail, good communications skills (both written and spoken) IT literate, a good sense of humour and able to work under pressure please get in touch ASAP.
