    Office Administrator (Temp with a view to permanent) SALARY: £16,000 - £18,000 Per Annum

    Our client, an engineering company, has a lovely general office role for someone who is happy to turn their hand to anything. Admin duties include:

    • Post - opening and dating, franking and posting
    • Answer phones
    • Dealing with email enquiries
    • Scanning and filing purchase orders
    • Scanning and filing purchase invoices
    • Refilling the coffee machines, emptying and bagging the coins
    • Signing in visitors, providing refreshments, purchasing lunch if required
    • Keeping the kitchen tidy and stocked
    • Preparing and sending the cleaners timesheets
    • Booking hotels and restaurants
    • Refilling the printers with toner and paper
    • Arranging service engineers as required for printers, coffee machines, phones etc
    • Keeping the phone list up to date
    • Managing meeting room and van bookings
    • Ensuring the vans are clean and having them valeted if required
    • preparing board packs and reports with guidance from the MD/FD
    • Preparing letters for the MD/FD
    • General support duties to MD/FD
    • Other ad hock duties as required

    You must have a driving licence as there is some manouevering of company vehicles on site.
