    Part Time Office Administrator to support a friendly independent Estate Agents.
    An independent Estate Agents based in Southbourne are looking for a highly experienced part time office administrator who will offer full administrative support, this will be a varied admin role where attention to detail is highly important.

    You must have strong office and administration experience. You will be involved with all administration, including creating brochures and proof reading these, creating listings through inputting data onto internal CRM systems, creating and dealing with all letters and correspondence to clients and customers, filing and scanning, creating reports, uploading photos and all other general administration that supports the office daily function.

    You must be organised, professional and supportive. At times you will be managing your own workload so should be able to use own initiative. Strong computer competency is required, some knowledge of uploading photos and sing photos in documents. Training will be given.

    The Company are a small independent Estate Agents, they have a lovely office environment and a close knit friendly team.

    Salary is negotiable depending on candidate and hours.
    This is a part time role and the Company have the ability to be flexible and for the right applicant could agree a work schedule tailored around your needs.
