Our Client, based in Bournemouth, is looking for an experienced Secretary who would like to progress within the legal industry.
Handling telephone enquiries and client enquiries face to face
Arranging appointments and diary management
Filing both electronic and paper
Keeping records up to date
Preparing court forms and bundles
Providing admin support for fee earners
The successful candidate will have:-
Previous secretarial experience (legal experience would be beneficial)
Knowledge of office systems and procedures
Strong IT skills and fast accurate typing skills
Excellent written and verbal communicational skills
An ability to multi task
Parking in central Bournemouth!
Healthcare package and death in service
