    Legal Secretary - Family Department SALARY: £20,000 - £22,000

    Are you passionate about the legal industry with the desire to develop and grow in a busy thriving legal practice?

    Our Client, based in Bournemouth, is looking for an experienced Secretary who would like to progress within the legal industry.

    The role:-

    Handling telephone enquiries and client enquiries face to face
    Arranging appointments and diary management
    Managing mail
    Filing both electronic and paper
    Keeping records up to date
    Preparing court forms and bundles
    Producing bills
    Providing admin support for fee earners

    The successful candidate will have:-

    Previous secretarial experience (legal experience would be beneficial)
    Knowledge of office systems and procedures
    Strong IT skills and fast accurate typing skills
    Excellent written and verbal communicational skills
    An ability to multi task
