REF: IT Support Desk (Temporary)
We are currently looking for someone with an IT/Support Desk background who could support with the following:-
- An IT literate individual who can pick up systems quickly.
- Will be responsible for the management of supplier engagement systems: logging issues for the Project Team and chasing resolutions from the supplier.
- Could be required to set up training room equipment and systems.
- Having worked within a service desk type role would be advantageous.
- Has the ability to clearly define and communicate issues to a wider audience and engage with Internal IT.
- Dependant on ability and how quickly they pick up systems, could be asked to test system functionality under instruction from the testing/training team.
- Willing to be mobile in order to support with situational needs at various Bournemouth sites during the system implementation.
