We are currently recruiting for an Inbound Sales Administrator for our lovely client in Poole who market over 5,000 products within the UK.
They are a fast-paced growing company diversifying in a wide range of products.
Taking customer orders over the telephone and dealing with any questions or queries
Entering sales orders on to the system
Cleansing the database
Up-selling at the end of taking each order.
If you have:-
Excellent communication and customer service skills
The ability to prioritise your workload
Good spelling and grammar skills
An enthusiastic, helpful, professional and friendly manner
The ability to retain information i.e. relevant codes etc.
