    IFA Administrator SALARY: Salary Negotiable

    Financial Administrator to join an established investment review team.
    A Company based in Ferndown are looking for an administrator who will provide investment portfolio reviews and reports to clients on their investment accounts.

    Background knowledge or experience in investment advice, personal finance, independent financialservices or banking is required.
    You will be working as part of a team, so a high level of good communication skills with both colleagues and clients is needed however the ability to be able to work independently is also important.
    A lot of the work is time sensitive, so you must be very organised and keep to deadlines and work to time constraints as well as having impeccable attention to detail.

    Strong competency is also required in Excel and other Microsoft programs.

    As the financial services administrator, your main duties will include;

    • Creating and dispatching client investment r portfolio reviews and reports through a structured template
    • Be a point of contact for clients relating to reviews
    • Communicate with clients by letter, telephone, email and face to face and follow up on unanswered correspondence
    • Maintain all client records and documents

    The Company are an independent financial adviser specialising in advice linked to investment, pension and tax planning, they offer individual, bespoke financial planning solutions.

    Salary is negotiable depending on candidate experience.
    Monday - Friday, office hours 9am - 5pm however the Company have the ability to be flexible and for the right applicant could agree a part time work schedule.
