Our client based in Poole have an opening for an experienced and inspiring HR and Volunteering Manager
The Job Role:
This is an extremely busy generalist role covering a variety of tasks. You will be responsible for managing the HR function on a daily basis, providing support and advise to line managers on employee relation issues. You will also lead the recruitment and on-boarding process for all new starters.
You will need to have experience working at a senior HR advisory level for at least 3 years, and will have ideally completed your CIPD Level 5 or 7. We are looking for someone who is confident working in a standalone role, with extensive recruitment and employee relations experience. Knowledge of HR processes and employment law is a must, as well as the desire to undertake all aspects of a generalist HR role.

This is a full time role, salary range £30,000 - £35,000 fte.
