    HR and Volunteering Manager SALARY: £30,000 - £35,000 Per Annum

    Our client based in Poole have an opening for an experienced and inspiring HR and Volunteering Manager

    The Job Role:

    • develop and deliver all aspects of HR, including employment policies and practice, recruitment, performance management, reward, employee relations and HR Administration
    • develop and deliver Volunteering coordination, including day to day coordination and administration of all volunteer recruitment, induction, placement training and support across the organization

    This is an extremely busy generalist role covering a variety of tasks. You will be responsible for managing the HR function on a daily basis, providing support and advise to line managers on employee relation issues. You will also lead the recruitment and on-boarding process for all new starters.

    You will need to have experience working at a senior HR advisory level for at least 3 years, and will have ideally completed your CIPD Level 5 or 7. We are looking for someone who is confident working in a standalone role, with extensive recruitment and employee relations experience. Knowledge of HR processes and employment law is a must, as well as the desire to undertake all aspects of a generalist HR role.

    This is a full time role, salary range £30,000 - £35,000 fte.
