    Financial Services IFA Administrator SALARY: £22,000 - £24,000 Per Annum

    REF: Financial Services IFA Administrator

    Our Client is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic administrator to join their team supporting Financial Planners and Para planners.

    If you enjoy variety in a role and working in a fast paced environment this could be the ideal role for you! You will need excellent communication skills and a positive approach together with good planning and organisational skills. A good IT knowledge together with previous experience in a similar role are essential. An industry qualification e.g. FPC qualification would also be desirable.

    Duties include:-

    • Preparing the necessary paperwork prior to appointments
    • Updating internal systems accurately
    • Obtaining information from 3rd parties to aid preparation of financial reports
    • Preparing and sending client correspondence with the relevant forms
    • Taking ownership of case progress and ensuring a smooth handling of transacted business
    • General admin and dealing with queries
    • Producing regular and ad-hoc client valuations

    Hours Monday - Friday 9.00 am - 5.30 pm

    Please note - You will need to have your own transport as this is not on a bus or train route.
