Working in this lovely, small, friendly administration team you will be providing top quality administration support. This successful Company who work mainly on referrals are very relationship based, there ethos is to build strong, long-term relationships and provide an exceptional customer service.
The ideal candidate must have previous experience and knowledge of Financial Services specifically with investments and pensions. A working knowledge of Intelliflo would be an advantage.
Liaising with clients, providers and colleagues on a daily basis.
Dealing with client or providers queries promptly via phone and email
Sending letters of authority and collating policy information
Fund performance analysis via FE Analytics
Maintain client platform accounts, sale/subscribe, rebalancing and withdrawals
The ideal candidate will be a strong team player, able to work on their own initiative, with excellent organisational skills and the ability to work to deadlines, multi task and prioritise your workload.
You need to be process driven and follow strict FCA regulations and internal procedures.
Hours Monday to Friday 9.00 am - 5.00 pm
