    Finance Assistant SALARY: Salary DOE

    The company

    Fast moving, expanding, Poole based, well established business working with retailers, hospitality and international markets.

    The role

    • Focusing on daily, weekly and monthly finance administration including dealing with purchase and sales ledger.
    • Entering and reconciling accounting entries.
    • Gathering, monitoring and retrieving financial information
    • Managing and processing invoices
    • Tracking journal entries and assisting in the preparation of audit requirements

    Skills required

    • Previous experience and an excellent knowledge of Sageline 50
    • A recognised accounting qualification and/or previous experience
    • Strong computer skills
    • Excellent attention to detail
    • Great time management skills and lots of initiative
    • Ability to provide in depth financial reports

    This is a busy role and would suit someone who is comfortable working in a fast pace environment, has strong communication skills and a great problem solver.
