REF: Finance Assistant
Fast moving, expanding, Poole based, well established business working with retailers, hospitality and international markets.
- Focusing on daily, weekly and monthly finance administration including dealing with purchase and sales ledger.
- Entering and reconciling accounting entries.
- Gathering, monitoring and retrieving financial information
- Managing and processing invoices
- Tracking journal entries and assisting in the preparation of audit requirements
- Previous experience and an excellent knowledge of Sageline 50
- A recognised accounting qualification and/or previous experience
- Strong computer skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Great time management skills and lots of initiative
- Ability to provide in depth financial reports
This is a busy role and would suit someone who is comfortable working in a fast pace environment, has strong communication skills and a great problem solver.
