You will be supporting the Facilities Management Department with daily duties such as courier driving, Reception cover, archiving, mail room and supporting with civic events.;
portering duties - moving furniture, parcels and other items around the buildings
preparing and setting up meeting rooms
reporting maintenance and repair issues
support in other departments - courier driving,mail room, archiving, Reception and car parks
You should be very flexible and have a can do attitude.
Must hold a clean drivers licence and a good level of fitness as this role involves some lifting and carrying and physical work.
Previous experience in portering, facilities duties is beneficial.
To start ASAP, full time ongoing temporary role £10.14 per hour
