Company in Poole are looking for engaging, driven and upbeat Customer Service Advisor to join their growing team.
You must be comfortable on the phone, you will deliver high quality customer service through the handling of inbound customer and client enquiries. This Company's focus is building excellent relationships and meeting customer and client expectations by providing a customer focused service, offering advice, guidance and support.
You must have experience of working in office based customer services and working in a telephony/contact centre environment.
Experience within finance or pensions is beneficial but not essential as training is provided.
You need to be able to work in a fast paced environment whilst meeting policies and standards.
The Company are based in Poole, close to public transport, parking is free, onsite. They are a growing professional Company with a lovely working environment, salary £19,000 - £20,000 DOE.
