Our Client is looking for an experienced Customer Service Manager to lead and develop a team and promote an outstanding level of customer service.
As Customer Service Manager:
you will be managing, supporting and encouraging the team to meet their individual targets and goals as well as the overall team results.
you will be a positive role model and develop the team and promote the company's values throughout the team
deliver best practice of HR policies and procedures and people development initiatives.
You must have experience of managing people within an office environment and have strong interpersonal, people and influencing skills. Experience within a customer service, customer contact environment is also required.

The Company are based in Bournemouth and this role is a fantastic opportunity to join an exciting and innovative Company. Full time permanent role, salary £30,000 - £35,000 DOE with a 15% bonus scheme.
