Our Client is looking for two exceptional customer advisors to be the first point of contact for their customers. You will be taking around 30 to 50 calls per day advising customers on billing, payment schemes, switching and dealing with complaints. Full training will be given and there are lots of opportunities to progress with the Company.
If you are able to demonstrate strong customer service skills, have an outgoing and friendly personality and a positive outlook this could be an excellent opportunity for you. There is no cold calling involved.
The successful applicant will be educated to GCSE grade A-C or equivalent, have a professional telephone manner, excellent customer service skills and be a team player.
Starting salary £17,200 progressing to £17,500 after 3 month probationary period.
Shift pattern between 8.00 am - 6.00 pm Monday to Friday (no weekends)
22 days hol + 8 bank holidays
