A passionate and focused Customer Service Advisor is required to join a Company based in Bournemouth. The Company specialises in IT security and computer protection and customer service is something the Company prides itself on.
You will be providing a high level of customer service to customers and clients , managing high call volumes, assisting with all enquires and promoting the service. You must have good telephone skills with strong customer service experience. Basic knowledge of IT security would be beneficial but not necessary, however you should have the desire to progress within the Company.
Answering inbound calls
Actioning emails sent into both your personal inboxes and team inboxes
Dealing with up to 3000 of our smaller resellers in the channel, this includes;
- signing up new resellers
- helping to process orders through their portal
- identifying the larger resellers that have potential and assigning them to an account manager
- advising resellers of our distributors and the options they have to purchase through them
- calls to resellers to advise of monthly renewals
Passing calls from our larger resellers through to the relevant Partner Account Managers
Providing quotations to home users
Issuing trials to home users
Making alterations to Customer’s licences
Processing orders and taking payments from direct customers
Filtering larger quotations and business trials through to Business Development team
Making outbound courtesy calls to existing end users General administrative office tasks
You will be joining a friendly team and working in an open plan office with parking nearby.
This is a full time permanent role, salary £18,000+bonus.
