Our client are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to deal with finances in particular pensions and pension claims.
You will deliver results through the handling of customer enquiries in line with their needs. This Company's focus is building excellent relationships and meeting customer expectations by providing a high level service, offering advice, guidance and support .
Main responsibilities will include:
You will have experience in working in customer services as well as having a high level of administration experience experience within finance or pensions is beneficial but not essential
You must have high attention to detail and a professional approach to your administration as well as dealing with customer and clients
The Company are based in Poole, driver would be desirable however it is close to public transport, parking is free, onsite. They are a growing professional Company with a lovely working environment.
Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm, salary £17,000 - £20,000 DOE benefits include:
