You will deliver results through the handling of inbound customer enquiries in line with their needs. This Company's focus is building excellent relationships and meeting customer expectations by providing a customer focused service, offering advice, guidance and support .
Main responsibilities will include:
You will have experience in working in customer services and working in a telephony/contact centre environment, with a confident, polite and professional customer service manner, experience within finance or pensions is beneficial but not essential
You must have a flexible approach to meet the changing business needs and be able to work in a fast paced environment whilst meeting policies and standards.
The Company are based in Poole, driver would be desirable however it is close to public transport, parking is free, onsite. They are a growing professional Company with a lovely working environment.
Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm, salary £17,000 - £20,000 DOE benefits include:
