This position would suit someone with housing or construction experience, dealing with customer service. This role involves both customer care and administration.
An established Surveyor's Company are looking for someone to oversee the after care department administration. You will be based in their Southampton office and involved with all customer service and administration, working alongside a Senior Surveyor.
You will be responsible for managing and dealing with the after care email inbox, logging property defects, updating the defects lists onto Excel spreadsheets and dealing with customer, client and contractor enquiries.
Other duties include copy and audio typing, preparing and sending out correspondence to clients and customers, triggering and sending out customer satisfaction surveys and using the Company's CRM system.
You will be methodical, organised and be able to forward plan.
You will also have excellent IT and computer skills, experience of using a CRM system and have a professional approach.
