A busy, fast-paced role where you will be the main point of contact for all administration queries.
You will be working directly for one of the Construction Directors and the Contract Managers providing administration/PA support including preparing agenda's, taking minutes, booking travel arrangements, organising training and seminars. You will also be dealing with telephone calls and emails.
The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, excellent IT skills, a positive and can-do attitude. Planning and organisational skills need to come naturally as well as great communication skills both spoken and written.
