A busy administration role where you will be providing administration support for a team.
The successful candidate will have some experience of administration work, excellent organisational and prioritisation skills. A flexible and adaptable approach along with excellent attention to detail are essential. Whilst some administration experience is desirable, a positive attitude to learning and an ability to build and foster effective relationships with colleagues are critical attributes for the post.
This role involves a wide range of tasks including opening and closing files, taking messages, photocopying, scanning and typing up Client Reports. Creating leases and other documents including Land Registry applications and submitting online searches. Training will be provided.
