Our Client is looking for two Business Support Officers initially on a temporary basis however this could lead to a permanent role.
If you have previous office experience, good IT skills - Word and Excel, experience of minute taking, a typing speed of 40 wpm+ and you are available immediately please give us a call. This role would suit an experienced Secretary or PA.
This is an interesting and varied role where you will be providing administration support to a team of specialists. Other duties include booking travel arrangements, preparing documentation for meetings, maintaining diary systems as well as some basic finance and HR duties.
Hours - 37 hr week Monday to Friday (with some flexibility for start and finish times)
