    Business Support Co-ordinator SALARY: £23,000 - £25,000

    Our client, a successful established company in Bournemouth, are looking for a strong administrator/PA to take care of the running of their office.

    You will be responsible for the all the facilities, including testing of the fire alarm, ensuring there is a good supply of refreshments, stamps, stationery and organising cleaning staff.

    You will also be entering details on to the in-house system, preparing proposals, diary management, sending letters, meeting and greeting visitors and all administration. Looking after a team of 5 you will be assisting them with administration as well as preparing all information they require for meetings.

    The ideal candidate

    will have previous office experience in a similar role
    good IT skills including Word, Excel and typing
    be able to work on their own initiative, prioritise their workload and meet deadlines
    will be engaging, pro active and self sufficient
    able to take responsibility
    commercially aware and able to see the bigger picture
    a knowledge or understanding of construction/property would be an advantage.
