REF: Business Development Manager
Calling all hunter/gatherers, listeners, closers and communicators!
Our Client is looking for a driven, professional, work hard play hard Business Development Manager.
You will be working in a cool office with a great team atmosphere, you will be rewarded for your hard work by various social events, incentives and a great commission structure.
There will be regular one to one's, lots of training, development and support.
A bit about the role:-
- Contacting clients to inform them about company's products
- Develop quotes and proposals
- Create and maintain sales pipeline
- Generate leads and cold call prospective clients
- Negotiation by phone, email and in person
- Attending conferences and social network events
- Lead and execute professional sales campaigns
- Identify and target key decision makers
- Maintain business relationships
- Achieve monthly targets
All about you!
- You will have previous B2B sales experience ideally within the marketing industry
- Strong market research experience
- Good client relationship management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Tenacity and a drive to seek new business
- Hungry to succeed and smash targets
Monday to Friday 9.00 - 5.30 pm
Basic salary £20,000 - 25,000 OTE £40 - 50,000
