Our client is looking for a confident Administrator / Account Manager to help manage their Amazon Global Account. You will have significant experience of managing Amazon as a customer.
You will be responsible for managing their Vendor central system including all invoicing. On a daily basis you will update databases, liaise with amazon directly, as well as liaising with all internal departments to increase efficiency in driving sales.
Candidate requirements to include:
Competency in using Vendor Central and understanding of all terminology to do with Amazon vending
Experience of driving sales through Amazon including negotiation of contracts
Confident in face to face meetings including production of presentations/reports for meetings
Accuracy in order processing
Working with administration and finance to ensure seamless invoicing
Understanding of Wepay online payment service
Ability to cope with conflicting demands and to prioritise tasks
Experience of product presentation on Amazon
Ability to problem solve
Must have impeccable organisational skills
Eye for detail
Good telephone and written manner
