    Administrative Assistant, Dorchester SALARY: DOE

    Our client is looking for a confident office administrator to join the team in their Dorchester Office. You will be providing administrative support to the office and to provide relief cover for reception.

    Key Accountabilities:

    · Assist in carrying out day to day banking duties (where appropriate)

    · Assist with loading new & updating existing information onto the system, prepare and file promptly and accurately (as appropriate)

    · Ensure post is taken punctually to the Post Office (where appropriate)

    · Undertake accurate and prompt photocopying as required

    · Accurately bind and collate documents as required

    · Ensure all incoming telephone calls are dealt with professionally and directed accurately and promptly

    · Deal with routine and difficult enquiries promptly

    · Convey messages quickly, clearly and accurately

    · Assist with archiving hard copy and computerised information promptly

    · Ensure deliveries received by Reception are directed to the appropriate staff

    · Assist with ordering, restocking and distributing stationery for use in the office

    · Greet clients in a professional and pleasant manner

    · Provide refreshments for clients and assist in hospitality/catering for in-house meetings/seminars

    · Ensure reception areas and interview rooms are maintained to a consistently high standard

    · Assisting with secretarial and administrative support as required.

    · Covering reception when required
